Goals
Based on our experience, we offer here a simple web service that enables you to fulfill two objectives:
- The transformation of Cell Analyzer files into the format required by other useful programs.
- Build the files for Cell Net Analyzer by an alternative way to current procedure of manual loading through normal program interface. In fact, current procedure does not very practical in case of large networks.
Overall, in this way, the power of different tools of analysis coming from different origins turns fully
available.
